Sherlock Holmes and the Secret Weapon

Based on the short story "Dancing Men" from the volume "The Return of Sherlock Holmes" by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Sherlock Holmes (Basil Rathbone) and his trusty assistant Dr. Watson (Nigel Bruce) are transplanted to WWII Europe to help protect a scientist and his invention from enemy forces. Both the Allies and the Nazis are in a desperate race to secure a secret weapon for themselves--a new bombsight which could hasten the outcome of World War II. Racing against the clock, Holmes must find the kidnapped scientist who developed the secret weapon and prevent his nemesis, Professor Moriarty (Lionel Atwill) from handing it over to the Nazis.
